Warehouse-Pro is a third-party logistics (3PL) and fulfillment center located in Rockwall, Texas (just east of Dallas). It is family owned and operated by the Self family, who also founded ProSoap in 1976. The current leadership is under Billy Self, who has spearheaded growth and operational refinement since assuming leadership in 2004. Warehouse-Pro operates in a large facility (163,000 square feet) with over 80 employees, multiple dock doors, and offers a range of warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, kitting, and Amazon FBA prep services. Warehouse-Pro’s mission is to allow growing businesses to scale without being constrained by lack of space, manpower, or fulfillment infrastructure. Their services aim to relieve stress and operational bottlenecks by handling inventory, shipping, order accuracy, and logistics complexity. They emphasize reliability, accuracy, and adaptability as core values, ensuring that orders are shipped correctly and on time while offering flexible responses during high-order periods or when operational changes are required.

Deep experience and stable history: Because the organization grew out of ProSoap manufacturing, they have decades of real-world experience in manufacturing, distribution, and order fulfillment. That gives them institutional knowledge in handling different kinds of products, shipping challenges, and scaling over time. Personalized, senior-level access: Being owner-operated, with Billy Self as a hands-on leader (he is “the only sales guy”) means clients often get more direct lines of communication, quicker decisions, and more accountability. This is attractive to businesses that want more than just a boxed service. Wide set of fulfillment and value-added services: Not just basic pick-and-pack — they do kitting & assembly, subscription box fulfillment, Amazon FBA/FBM prep, retailer compliance (EDI, UCC-128/GS-1 labels), software integrations, etc. This breadth means many different kinds of eCommerce/retail operations can use them without needing multiple vendors. Emphasis on accuracy and reliability: Their website promises order accuracy, reliability, and adaptability, and they state commitments such as SLA response times (email or phone within 2 hours) and high standards for shipments.
Two facilities / regional footprint: Because there is just two fulfillment centers, one in Texas, and another in Missouri, businesses with customers that are widely distributed (e.g. East Coast, West Coast, international) may see longer transit times compared to providers with multiple warehouse locations in both East & West coasts. Lack of published pricing and transparency in some metrics: Some businesses may prefer service providers that publish standard rates, fees, or benchmark performance metrics; for Warehouse-Pro, many rates and some performance numbers are customized and require direct quote, which may slow decision-making. Potential constraints during peak volume or for very large scale operations: While they are built to scale, very high SKU count or extremely high order volume clients may find providers with larger networks or multiple fulfillment centers can deliver better redundancy, faster regional shipping, or economies of scale. Limited cold-storage / temperature controlled services: If your products require cold chain, freezing, or strict temperature control, Warehouse-Pro may not be the best fit (no indication they specialize in cold storage).
