My Warehousing and Logistics Background
I’m Will Schneider, founder and president of The Fulfillment Advisor, a marketplace that helps companies connect with trusted warehousing and fulfillment solutions. Over the last 27 years, I’ve built my career in logistics and lead generation, drawing on executive experience at multiple fulfillment firms to understand what businesses really need from a 3PL partner.
Prior to founding The Fulfillment Advisor (formerly WarehousingAndFulfillment), I gained hands-on experience in the 3PL industry through executive roles at fulfillment firms (including RMC Fulfillment and Clear Stream Fulfillment), which gave me deep insights into warehouse operations, performance metrics, and client expectations. In addition, I hold a track record in the lead generation space, having served as the VP of Finance at NetQuote, where I learned the inner workings of matching demand with supply in B2B contexts.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting with minors in Political Science and Economics from Metropolitan State College of Denver, and an MBA from the University of Colorado. This background means I’m comfortable analyzing financial statements and can help clients interpret the fine print in complex fulfillment center proposals.
I recently earned my Colorado real estate license, allowing me to help businesses source warehouse space directly. Furthermore, I’ve also assisted more than 20 third-party logistics (3PL) companies in selling their businesses, and I can guide owners through a sale, whether they choose to work with a broker or not, as well as help buyers evaluate and acquire 3PL operations.
As a thought leader in the logistics and fulfillment industry, I enjoy sharing insights, writing, and speaking about trends, best practices, and strategies for connecting businesses with the right warehousing solutions. Over 30,000 people keep up with the week’s warehousing and logistics news through my weekly newsletter, Warehouse Wisdom Weekly.
Outside of work, I’m either reading a new book to learn a new skill, spending time outdoors to enjoy nature, or getting tied up in a pretzel practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with my son.

What I Do
I start by collecting the details that matter most: what you sell, how much you move, when you need to start, and the specific requirements you can’t compromise on. From there, I screen potential providers for location, capabilities, systems, and performance history. Only the best matches make it to an introduction, so the first conversation is already productive. I stay involved until meetings are scheduled or the search changes direction.
