But they surprised us… actually, we were blown away by the care and attention they have provided us. From our past experience, I would say that it’s unlikely that any 3PL provider will ever be a perfect fit right out of the gate. But I can tell you with certainty, that Phil & Carl will actually try their best to make it perfect. That’s a level of customer service that’s almost nonexistent these days, in my experience.
