This company has been great to work with. They are always quick to try to remedy urgent matters. Their new systems while a bit rocky at the start have made them overall much easier to work with. They are consistently improving which is incredible because this industry isn’t easy. I just hope the invoicing will become a bit more consistent for budgeting purposes. There are also no automated returns from the USA to Canada, but hopefully that will change soon!Overall very very happy with the team and I know they are doing everything in their power to be the best at what they do.
