We started working with them this spring to fulfill our orders for art prints, fabric and wallpaper samples, and ribbon, and they have been absolutely fabulous. Josh and Clint walked us through each and every step of the entire onboarding process, and explained everything so thoroughly that it made our inventory transfer super easy and smooth. I help manage a small publishing company. We use their services for inventory management, warehousing, and fulfillment. They integrate with Amazon FBM and with Shopify and it’s awesome. For larger freight shipments they are also very easy to work with. A lot of our titles are printed overseas as well and we’ve never had any issues with receiving. If you’re looking for a 3PL solution, this company is where it’s at. They are a friendly team and they know what they are doing.

They have been absolutely phenomenal to work with! Our specific circumstances required extra attention and they stayed on top of it every step of the way. Even with many turbulent, last minute decisions and add-ons they kept the process moving and offered solutions to get everything out on time. Their attention to detail and open communication was superb, timely, and personal so nothing was left unchecked. I would recommend Chris Coates and his team to anyone needing fulfilment solutions.
