We assign a dedicated account manager for all of our clients, and they can reach their account manager via email, or they can directly call or text account manager’s mobile number. Entire warehouse is insulated, so it stays very cool in the summer. In the winter we have a heater all across the warehouse. We provide fulfillment for all varieties of products except for the following 3 categories: frozen food, alcoholic beverages, bulky items, such as mattress, furniture etc.

Finding 3PL partner was quite a hard work. From “professionals” advertised online we just got spam or moths of ignorance. This logistics company did restore our hopes to find someone who is mentally ready to talk to customers, listen to their needs and actually start to implement real deal, not just promises. Owner of the company is clearly identified to customers, ready to pick up phone in person and ready to adjust workflow according to customer needs. They are mutual benefit. Of course there are small hiccups, as everywhere, but I have always my account manager at hand and any issue was solved right. Company is well organized. This is not a huge anonymous factory where fluctuation affects our business. This is relatively small but very able partner for remote warehousing.

New inventory is entered promptly, no need to wait for weeks, orders go out promptly with minimal breakage. Great company!
