If you are looking for warehousing and distribution services look no further than them. We have used their services since 2013 and can tell you from experience that everyone there your business like it is their own. Great communication and visibility into progress on work accomplished on a daily basis and they never hesitated when asked to do special projects. We have been using Northeast 3PL since shortly after we started shipping our product. They integrate directly to our storefront to automatically make daily shipments directly to our customers, and handle returns, larger shipments to distributors, and custom shipments that involve various processing before shipping. They are easy to work with, reliable, flexible, fast, and communicate very well. As we have grown, they have worked with us to design and implement new processes and reach new customers. I am extremely satisfied with the work that they have done for us, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My experience working with them has been great. I chose this company because they have straightforward and competitive pricing. Their customer service is fantastic, they are very easy to work with, proactively bring issues to my attention and always provide needed information quickly. They also have quick turnaround, from receiving goods to fulfilling orders. I’ve worked with two other fulfillment centers that routinely take from two days to a week to receive inventory. They are able to receive and fulfill very quickly – often in the same day. They have better customer service, faster turnaround times, an better handling of my merchandise than other fulfillment centers. I am very happy with them.
