The staff, management and ownership are an amazing team. They have taken on several clients that I have introduced to them and have been nothing but professional in their approach and have made the accounts extremely satisfied with the storage and distribution operation. They continually look for processes that improve the customer service experience. Examples of these processes include but are not limited to a new Warehouse Management System that improves occupancy reports/billing/tracking, a food based GMP audit that has improved the facility’s physical quality and a new security system that has improved the product safety/food defense program. Kudos to Carl Ivanelli and Ryan Altice for their continued growth and focus on improvement.

Very prompt responses to pick up requests. We have some items on pallets that are sort of falling apart, the folks at this company have kindly re-palleted those items in the past. I always have smooth deliveries whenever we need our items from the warehouse.

This warehouse has been outstanding for our business. We ship our inventory from Indonesia to Chicago and then then the team at CW gets our goods into Amazon Fulfillment Centers with no drama and great communication. We utilize warehouses for the same purpose in Canada, Australia and Europe plus we’ve tried a few others in the US and no other warehouse has come close in terms of service, organization, inventory reporting and communications. Hands down the best warehouse and team we’ve worked with in the past 10 years. Keep up the great work. Highly recommend!
