Writing public reviews is something that I never do. Yet, on rare occasions, we feel compelled to let others know of our experience. The value that this company has delivered to us, has so far exceeded the costs, that we feel it would be a disservice to not publicly recommend this company. My wife and I were in immediate need for a fulfillment service one year ago. We took our time and researched and communicated with various companies and tried to build some understanding of the local fulfillment companies here in CT. After a considerable amount of time, we decided to work with the company. They were friendly, professional, courteous, and accommodating to our needs and product fulfillment requirements. During the past year working with them, each member of this staff, has shown us a personal care, that seemed familiar to a family business setting, where we were part of this special, amazing family. Staff members would frequently take the time to review and analyze our incoming shipment, and give us feedback on the products quality. They would point out defects and attributes of each product, and make helpful suggestions to remedy and move forward. With this help we were able to negotiate and navigate better with our manufacturers. This direct personal concern by them, gave us an understanding of what it felt like to be truly looked after by a fulfillment company, that wants to see you perform well. All this was beyond what we expected. To find a company that takes such care of you and your products, and who seems to genuinely want to see you succeed, and to have this all in a professional, clean and warm almost family-like setting, seems like we received tremendous value from this group.
