Is it really free? What’s the catch?

No catch. You pay nothing. My fee comes from the landlord’s side when a deal closes, which is the standard way tenant representation works. And because my fee is the same whichever building you choose, I have no reason to steer you anywhere but the right fit.

Is there a minimum size? My needs are small.

No minimum. Smaller searches are exactly the ones most reps turn away, and they’re the ones I’m glad to take. You’ll get the same attention as any larger move.

Can you help if we’re expanding into the US from abroad?

Yes, this is one of the things I do most. I’ll walk you through how US leases, terms, and local norms work, so you can move forward with confidence even if it’s your first space in the country.

Do you just find space, or handle the whole deal?

The whole deal. I find the options, tour them with you, negotiate your terms, and stay with you through the lease review and closing. You have one point of contact from start to finish.
