Who Is Will Schneider

I’m Will Schneider, founder of The Fulfillment Advisor (www.thefulfillmentadvisor.com). I connect companies with 3PLs and warehouse providers that are a genuine fit—matching each project’s size, scope, and timing to vetted operators.

What I Do

I start by collecting the details that matter most: what you sell, how much you move, when you need to start, and the specific requirements you can’t compromise on. From there, I screen potential providers for location, capabilities, systems, and performance history. Only the best matches make it to an introduction, so the first conversation is already productive. I stay involved until meetings are scheduled or the search changes direction.

My Background

Before launching The Fulfillment Advisor, I led 3PL operations as CEO of RMC Fulfillment and Clear Stream Fulfillment. That experience gave me an inside view of what it takes to deliver on service commitments. I also spent time in executive leadership at NetQuote, a leader in the insurance lead generation industry. Combining these experiences has allowed me to build a process that is fair to providers while giving buyers a clear path to the right partners.
