I switched to Avid after having a bad experience with another company. I didn’t know Patrick prior to engaging his company but I immediately had a good feeling about him. I use Avid for both e-commerce and wholesales orders, including the occasional very, very large order (like Whole Foods). They always ship quickly, accurately and on time (if I know I have a very large order coming, I will email them in advance to give them a heads up). They always respond quickly and professionally whenever I have questions or a special request. Most importantly, Patrick is honest and I trust him 100%. I even gave him my company credit card to bill me each and every month. (I review the bills, of course, but I totally trust Patrick). Finally, they do excellent work. They actually catch more mistakes that I make then they make mistakes themselves. Occasionally, I will make an obvious error on a packing slip that I send to them to ship and they call me to confirm if it is correct. I really appreciate this extra level of service. In sum, Avid has my highest recommendation and I look forward to many more years of working together.
