This company is fantastic. I have a large project with about 10 items that have to be boxed, shipped and received in a timely manner and Phil (with whom I’ve been working with) has explained, guided and reassured me every step of the way. He has alleviated a lot of stress, and it allows me to move on to other projects with complete confidence that this will be handled perfectly. Highly recommended! I wish I had found them a long time ago.

We’re a small company selling only a few products, and after three attempts we were starting to believe that we would never find a 3PL provider that would give us even a minimal degree of service and respect. But they surprised us… actually, we were blown away by the care and attention they have provided us. From our past experience, I would say that it’s unlikely that any 3PL provider will ever be a perfect fit right out of the gate. But I can tell you with certainty, that Phil & Carl will actually try their best to make it perfect. That’s a level of customer service that’s almost nonexistent these days, in my experience
