This is by far the best 3PL I have worked with. We get instant communication from their team and they are adaptable to our unique products and packing instructions. We can visit anytime and see our inventory as if its our own warehouse. If I’m in a pinch, they will unload a truck and get our pre-sale orders out the same day! We are also saving a ton on shipping. I highly recommend working with Payam and his team.

I could not be happier with a 3PL company. We are a small business start-up and we ran into a LOT of problems with other 3PL companies. Several of them won’t store certain products, they have tons of hidden prices, no real customer service or even a phone number where you can call someone and talk to them directly. This 3PL is none of that. I can reach my customer service rep anytime, even on the weekend. And he actually answers my calls and knows the answers to my questions. And if he doesn’t know, he finds out and gets back to me asap. The communication and support through the whole process has been amazing. And their software makes everything super simple and easy, and syncs well with Shopify. On top of that, they ship fast and well. Tons of our customers comment on how well our products are wrapped and shipped. We have fragile and unique products, such as glass candles, jewelry, wall prints and wrapping paper, and so far they have handled everything with care and made sure it arrived in great condition. Our customers and us are VERY VERY happy with them.
