The founder Yashar is very approachable & works hard to fix things and make things right at any time of the day or night, holidays & weekends. You truly feel your business is their business. He has a great team, Katie & Tom are always available. I have used other providers in the past, but I am blown away by their superior service. New inventory is entered promptly, no need to wait for weeks, orders go out promptly with minimal breakage. Great company!

Finding 3PL partner was quite a hard work. From professionals advertised online we just got spam or moths of ignorance. This logistics company did restore our hopes to find someone who is mentally ready to talk to customers, listen to their needs and actually start to implement real deal, not just promises. Owner of the company is clearly identified to customers, ready to pick up phone in person and ready to adjust workflow according to customer needs. They are mutual benefit. Of course there are small hiccups, as everywhere, but I have always my account manager at hand and any issue was solved right. Company is well organized. This is not a huge anonymous factory where fluctuation affects our business. This is relatively small but very able partner for remote warehousing.
