Overall a good experience. Fair amount of maneuvering room, received a door just after arrival 1 hr. before my appt. Loaded within 2 hrs. After appt time. do not sweep out your trailer on the property- they have cameras.

Great place, shipping receiving department folks were extremely helpful with an issue I had at my last stop. I ended up with a skid on my truck that was supposed to be dropped but that facility wasn’t open when I got there. These guys agreed to do a work around for my so I could get it and their load back to my yard. Easy docking and only waited about 15 minutes, and I showed up 1.5 hours early.

We have been very impressed with their company since day one of our business being moved over to them, which now is close to five years! Customer service and IT have been great when issues arrive. Response time, communications, and their inventory systems including their Web site are all excellent! Picking and loading are very accurate, and response to last minute customer order changes and following code dates when picking have worked out very well. The facility is very well organized and well staffed and has helped us to maintain a fill rate in the 99+% range on a regular basis for many years. The transportation group they use has been excellent also in more ways than I can list. I work with several other outside warehouses across the country and very few if any come close to what we receive from the group. I hope in these few words I have highlighted at least most things that point out what an excellent partner for our business they are.
