I have frequently sent urgent emails to Liam requesting that the team fulfill an order on very short notice, and they always get it done. As work got busier and travel was restricted, the team began handling more complex tasks for us. Because of recent difficulties with international transport, I moved over 100 pallets to them—the team handled this smoothly and efficiently. Liam has been friendly, helpful, responsive, and accommodating every step of the way. And when the occasional issue crops up, he quickly resolves it.
