Why work with me

Six reasons this goes better than searching alone, or handing it to a service that gets paid a slice of whatever you end up spending.

Matches in minutes

Answer a few questions and hand-picked options come back the same session, not weeks later.

Hand-picked, never a list dump

Three to five providers chosen for your products, volume and geography, not everyone who paid to be listed.

No commissions on your spend

A flat fee, never a percentage of what you pay the warehouse, so nothing is buried in your rate.

Not a 3PL. Not a landlord

I own no warehouses and represent no building. If leasing beats outsourcing for you, I will say so.

Both services, one conversation

3PL fulfillment matching and warehouse tenant representation from one person, so you never restart the search.

Vetted, with 20 years behind it

A 45-point review, nearly 6,000 providers assessed, and two decades of feedback on how they really perform.

Outsource your fulfillment, or run your own warehouse

Most people searching for warehousing need one of two things. I handle both, and I have no reason to push you toward either one. Pick the side that sounds like you.

3PL Fulfillment

Outsource to a 3PL

Done for you. A third-party logistics provider receives your inventory, stores it, picks and packs orders, ships them and handles returns. You keep no lease, no staff and no equipment.

  • Ecommerce fulfillment, B2B and retail distribution, EDI compliance
  • Kitting, subscription boxes, climate controlled, hazmat, FDA registered
  • Container receiving, drayage, transloading and freight support
  • Three to five pre-screened matches, quotes direct from them
Warehouse Lease

Rent your own warehouse space

Run it yourself. You lease the building and operate it with your own team. I work as your tenant rep: I find the space, flag what matters, negotiate the terms and stay on it through signing.

  • Industrial and distribution space from under 5,000 sq ft
  • Dock doors, clear height, power, sprinklers, trailer parking, zoning
  • Free rent, improvements and exit options pushed in your favor
  • Short-term and flex space for companies expanding into the US

Not sure which one you need? Pick “I am weighing both” in the form and I will look at your volume and how you want it handled, then tell you which one you are better off with.

How it works

Five steps either way. You make the decision, I do everything around it.

Finding your fulfillment partner, handled for you

Finding the right warehouse, handled for you

You work directly with me, Will Schneider. Not a call center, not a rotating cast of reps. My time, my network, my read on who is actually good. You handle the decision, I take care of the rest.

  1. 1

Tell me what you ship Your part

Products, monthly order volume, where your customers are, any special handling. Two minutes on the form or one call.

  2. 2

    I hand-pick the fit

I search my vetted network of fulfillment companies and rule out the ones that waste your time: wrong volume band, wrong geography, wrong specialty, poor service history.

  3. 3

You get three to five matches

Introductions to the providers that genuinely fit, with what I know about each. They quote you directly. No inflated pricing, because no commission is baked in.

  4. 4

    I help you compare

Receiving fees, storage, pick and pack, minimums, onboarding time, tech and integrations. I tell you where the real cost differences hide.

  5. 5

    You choose. You pay nothing

Sign directly with the provider you like. My side is already covered, so there is nothing on your invoice from me.

  1. 1

Tell me what you need Your part

Square footage, timing, location, and the must-haves: dock doors, clear height, power, parking.

  2. 2

    I find space that fits

I search my vetted network and the open market, and rule out the wrong fits before they waste your time.

  3. 3

    We tour the best options

I line up and walk the shortlist with you, flagging what matters: dock doors, clear height, power, access, condition.

  4. 4

    I negotiate your terms

I represent your side on rent, free months, improvements and exit options, for a lease that works in your favor, not the landlord’s.

  5. 5

    I see you through closing

From letter of intent to legal review to signing, I stay with you all the way to the keys.

Free to you. Here is exactly how that works.

If a service is free, you should know who is paying for it, and whether that changes what you get shown. Here is the whole invoice.

Terms

No percentage of what you pay the provider, this month or any month after. My fee is flat and it comes from their side of the deal.

Why a flat fee keeps me on your side

  • I earn the same whichever option you pick. No reason to steer you anywhere but the right fit, and no reason to push a 3PL when leasing your own space is the better answer.
  • No percentage of your spend. Most matching services take an ongoing cut of what you pay the warehouse, every month, for as long as you stay. You are rarely told. That cost sits inside your rate.
  • I am not a 3PL and I do not own warehouses. No inventory of my own to fill, so the recommendation is not a sales pitch in disguise.
  • I only get paid if you are happy with the match. A deal that works for you is the only deal that works for me.

Worth asking any matching service you talk to: “Do you take a percentage of what I pay the warehouse, and for how long?” If the answer is yes, that commission is priced into your rate, and it quietly rewards them for sending you to whoever pays the most, not whoever fits best.

Will SchneiderFounder · matching companies
to warehouses since 2005
Will Schneider, Founder · (877) 486-5236

I started this because the good options were impossible to find.

In 2005 I built the first service that matched companies to warehouses, because I watched good businesses get burned by bad ones: mis-shipments, invoicing surprises, pricing games, inventory shrinkage. The list goes on. My job was to be the only place to go to find hand-picked companies that get it right.

Twenty years later that has not changed. There are no commissions, so nothing tilts my recommendation. And because I also handle warehouse leasing and tenant representation, I have no reason to tell you to outsource when renting your own space is the better move.

  • You get me, not a queue. Your search is not a ticket. I treat it like it is my own.
  • Quick to respond. Good space and good 3PL capacity move fast, so you hear back promptly.
  • Attentive to the details. The fine print is where deals go wrong. I read every line.

Tell me what you need and I will take it from there.

Questions people usually ask

If yours is not here, call or send it over and I will answer straight.

Do you help with 3PL fulfillment, warehouse rentals, or both?

Both, and that is the point. If you want a third-party logistics provider to store your inventory, receive containers, pick and pack, ship orders and handle returns, I match you with vetted 3PLs. If you would rather lease your own industrial or distribution space and run it yourself, I act as your tenant rep and find the building.

Because I do both, I have no reason to push you toward one. Plenty of people come in asking for a warehouse to rent and leave with a 3PL that costs them less, or the other way around.

Is it really free? What is the catch?

No catch. On the fulfillment side, the warehouse pays a flat one-time fee to be introduced to you. On the leasing side, my commission comes from the landlord’s side when a deal closes, which is standard in commercial real estate.

Either way it is a flat arrangement, not a percentage of what you spend. I earn the same whichever provider you choose, so I have no reason to steer you.

How is this different from other 3PL matching services?

Most matching services take an ongoing commission on what you pay the warehouse, often for the life of the account, and you are rarely told. That cost sits inside your rate, and it rewards them for sending you to whoever pays the biggest cut.

I take no commission. I also review every provider against a 45-point check and have two decades of feedback from the companies I have placed, so the recommendation is based on how they actually perform.

How fast will I hear back?

Usually within minutes, not days. The form takes about two minutes, I hand-pick your matches, and quotes typically start arriving the same day. If your situation is unusual, I will call you first so we get it right.

Is there a minimum size? My operation is small.

No minimum. On the leasing side I work with spaces from under 5,000 sq ft, which most brokers will not touch. On the fulfillment side I work with brands shipping a few hundred orders a month up through high-volume operations.

What kinds of fulfillment can you match?

Ecommerce and DTC fulfillment, B2B and retail distribution with EDI compliance, kitting and assembly, subscription boxes, returns processing, climate-controlled and food-grade storage, hazmat, FDA registered facilities, container receiving and transloading, and freight support.

Can you help if we are expanding into the US or Canada from abroad?

Yes, and it is a common request. International manufacturers and ecommerce sellers need a partner that can handle importing, compliance, inventory storage, order fulfillment and returns without the costly mistakes that slow growth. I will walk you through leases, terms and local norms, or match you to a 3PL that already handles imports so you do not need a lease at all.

What happens to my information?

It goes only to the pre-screened providers you are matched with, so they can quote you. It is not sold to a call list. You can opt out of any communication at any time.

Tell me what you need. I will take it from there.

Whether that is a 3PL to run your fulfillment or a warehouse to call your own, you get hand-picked options, honest guidance and no bill at the end.

Prefer to talk it through? Call (877) 486-5236 and you will get me.
